The **PM Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana** is a central government initiative to install rooftop solar panels across residential properties. Homeowners can receive significant financial subsidies, offsetting up to 50% of the initial capital investment.

Who is Eligible?

Must be an Indian Citizen with a valid MSEDCL electricity connection.
Must possess clean concrete or sheet roof space (at least 100 sq.ft. per kW).
Installation must be executed via an Empanelled Registered Solar Vendor.
System must utilize ALMM-compliant made-in-India solar modules.

The financial support is fixed per kW capacity, capped at 3 kW. Larger systems can be installed, but the subsidy remains capped at ₹78,000.

Portal Registration

Register on the National Rooftop Solar portal using your MSEDCL consumer number, email, and phone.

Step 02

Technical Feasibility

Empanelled Installation

Once feasibility is approved, we construct the structure, mount the solar modules, and set up the grid inverter.

Step 04

Net Metering Integration

We submit work completion logs and schedule the utility inspector to install the net-metering device.

Step 05

Subsidy Disbursal

Submit the net metering logs and bank credentials on the portal. The subsidy is credited within 30 days.
